Application Form for becoming direct seller under any existing direct seller has to be submitted through internet and hard copy of same to be sent to the company office duly signed by the applicant with the signature of sponsor.

Calculation of Sales Distributor:
- 1. Direct Bonus
- Direct Bonus calculated on 10% Of Company’s BV Turnover and Will Be Distributed to All Achievers. To Achieve Royalty 15000bv Direct Sale Is Must And Will Be Increase In Multiple Of Every 15000 BV Direct Sales. Royalty Amount Is Subject To Upper Limit Of INR 36000 On Every 15000 BV Direct Sale.
- 2. Leadership Bonus
- Leadership bonus is 5% of Royalty amount of all direct sponsored distributors.
- 3. Team Performance Bonus(TPB)
- Multi package and agree health package joining 100 INR per matching
And other main business packages 500 INR per PV matching

- 4. Loyalty Bonus
- Loyalty Bonus Will Be 10000 INR Per Month For 30 Month. To Achieve Loyalty Bonus, 2,10,000 BV (25PV) Direct Sales Must Be Completed Within 90 Days Of Date Of Activation. 84000-84000 BV(10-10PV) Fresh Business Is Must in Both Organizations Every Month.

- 6. Self Repurchase Bonus
- On self purchase of 6000 Repurchase Point (RP), Calculation based on 20% of Company's Monthly RP turnover distributed among all qualified achievers. Self Repurchase Bonus is subject to a maximum amount 30000
- 7. Repurchase Leadership Bonus
- Calculation based on 10% of direct sponsor’s Self Repurchase Bonus.
Terms & Conditions:-
- 1. Except abnormal reasons calculation of Sales Remuneration shall be completed within 45 days from the last day of the month, for which Sales Remuneration is to be calculated.
- 2. The amount of Sales Remuneration will be remitted within in 45 days from the date of calculation of the Sales Remuneration. Sales Remuneration below Rs. 400 shall be remitted once within one year from the date of calculation of the Sales Remuneration.
- 3. Payment of Sales Incentive shall be made by anyone mode of Banking System (NEFT/RTGS/INTER BANKING TRANSFER).
- 4. If Direct Seller does not receive payment due to non compliance of rules of Direct Selling by Direct Seller or by any other reason created by Direct Seller, then complete responsibility for delay/ non payment will be of Direct Seller
- 5. If any defect is found in any of the”Hariayu “ Products purchased, then the same can be returned/ exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned product must be supported with Bill of purchase and such product should not be damaged from any angle.
- 6. 15000 BV (2 PV) Direct Sell is must to get any of the sales remuneration except Repurchase Bonus.
